Pops Fernandez topbills Marikina’s year-end concert

 The city government of Marikina led by Mayor Marides Fernando will stage a year-end concert on Dec. 30, 7 p.m., at the Amphitheater, Riverbanks Center in Brgy. Barangka.
Headlining the concert is singer and actress Pops Fernandez. Also performing are young star Sam Concepcion, rock band Rocksteddy, and comedian Vice Ganda.
Local city officials will also lead Marikeños in renewing their New Year’s resolutions, and in re-committing to Marikina’s values: discipline, patriotism, and social transformation.
A grand fireworks display will cap the year-end concert. Admission to the event is free. |
