Built and operated in December 2002, Teatro Marikina is a manifestation of the city’s commitment to the development of culture and the arts. This facility caters toi various events such as plays, concerts, cultural shoes, graduations, exhibits and seminars. The sculpture piece found at the entrance of the theatre is a work of Sajid Imao, a Marikeño and one of the recipients of Ten Outstanding Young Men 2002 Awards.
