SERVICES

WAO is the City Government's arm in implementing conciliation and mediation procedures to settle labor disputes in the City. Through the Marikina Tripartite Council (composed of the City Government, Business Sector and Labor Groups), WAO is tasked to peacefully and speedily resolve labor dispute through the Tripartite Hearing Committee (THC). It also serves as working secretariat of the Marikina Tripartite Council.

REQUIREMENTS:

1. Complaint / Request form
   
2. Position Paper(s) to be submitted during the hearing

PROCEDURES:

1. Submit Complaint / Request Form to be filled up by employee/employee group
   
2. Submit position paper
   
3. The Tripartite Hearing Committee (composed of representatives of the City Government, Business Sector and Labor Groups) shall review the documents submitted by the first party and require the other parties concerned to submit its respective documents
   
4. WAO shall conduct the first, second and/or third meeting
