Aside from hosting events and special occasions, Montare is also a food hub that serves burgers and steaks, Mexican food, Filipino dishes, noodles, dim sum, grilled dishes and a lot more. It also serves wines, margaritas, milk shakes, coffee, among other beverages.
Kaye Paredes Tan and her husband Jhiore used the Italian word Montare because it means “to put together,” which aptly describes what they do for their clients who want to hold their memorable events here, whether it’s a wedding, a debut, a birthday, a kiddie party, or in the case of companies, for seminars and special meetings.
Montare has eight kitchen stations, each one preparing its own set of food such as Filipino dishes, Italian, American, Japanese, Chinese. One station is dedicated solely for grilled items such as barbecues and another one for drinks and beverages.
Customers have a choice whether to dine inside its air-conditioned place or eat alfresco at its garden. The garden has tables and umbrellas where customers can enjoy their food and breathe fresh air while spending time with family and friends.
Since it opened three years ago, Montare has become a favorite dining place for families, friends and office personnel from Marikina and nearby places such as Antipolo, Pasig and Quezon City.
The food hub is open Monday to Sunday from 4pm to 1am. Though Montare can accommodate breakfast and lunch for a group of 30 for a minimum charge of P8,000, consumable.
